Welcome! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SeekPrep website and services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Our Service

SeekPrep is a technology platform providing AI-assisted learning tools. We host, process, and display (a) content uploaded or published by users and (b) content generated by AI models in response to user input. Except for technical processing necessary to provide the Services, we do not create, select, or edit user content, and we act as a technical service provider rather than the publisher of such content.

2. User Accounts

  1. Account Creation. To use certain features of the Services, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.

  2. Third-Party Authentication. You have the option to log in using third-party authentication services such as GitHub or Google. By using these services, you agree to comply with their respective terms of service.

3. User Content

  1. Content Ownership. You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or publish on the platform, including notes, documents, images, and other files.

  2. License to the Platform. You grant SeekPrep a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely as necessary to provide and operate the Services, including displaying your published posts publicly.

  3. Content Responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, publish, or share on the platform, including any third-party materials you upload or reference. You represent that you hold the rights needed for such use and that your content does not violate any laws or infringe the rights of others. You must not upload or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

  4. Removal Rights. We may, but are not obligated to, review, remove, or restrict content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Third-Party Materials

  1. No Ownership. Materials that appear on or through the platform and are owned by third parties — including documents, images, and external resources uploaded or referenced by users — are not owned by SeekPrep.

  2. No Endorsement or Liability. We do not review, endorse, or warrant the accuracy, completeness, legality, or non-infringement of third-party materials. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SeekPrep bears no legal responsibility for third-party materials, which are provided solely as submitted by users.

5. AI-Generated Content

  1. Accuracy. Responses and materials generated by AI models may contain errors or outdated information. AI-generated content does not constitute professional, academic, or legal advice. Please verify important information — especially decisions affecting your studies or examinations — independently.

6. Intellectual Property and Takedown

  1. Notice and Takedown. If you believe any content on the platform infringes your intellectual property or other rights, please notify us at [email protected] or through the Contact page, including: (a) identification of the protected work or right, (b) the location (URL) of the allegedly infringing content, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement of good-faith belief in the infringement. Upon a qualified notice we will remove or disable access to the content in question.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  1. As-Is Service. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SeekPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from user content, third-party materials, or AI-generated content. Our aggregate liability for direct damages, if any, shall not exceed the fees you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Comments

  1. Commenting. You may leave comments on published posts. Comments should be respectful, relevant, and adhere to community guidelines.

  2. Comment Deletion. You have the right to delete your own comments. Abusive or inappropriate comments may be removed by the site administrator.

10. Privacy
